It's all pro bono.

 

We do only work on a cost plus basis, i.e. all work performed by us is free. We will only bill you for expenses that we incur and in return we reserve ourselves the right to chose the assignments we will handle.

We do also expect you to engage fully in the effort to save your company, ensure its viability, or, if that should not be possible, safeguard your assets

​and minimize potential losses for all parties involved.

We will normally only provide advise and support, if you want us to assume a managerial role such as sitting on the board or taking on an interim management role we can do so, this service would however no longer be free of charge.
